Once You have filled out your Registration Form Return it to your Region Rep
They will be providing you with the following in a very short period of
time:
"NEW" Yellow Umpire Registration Form
2005 Rule Book
2005 ASA Umpire Test (for both slow & fast pitch)
Bat Inspection Ring
Voluntary Accidental Umpire Insurance Application
Once you have taken the time to read this years Rule Book and take the Test
Return the "NEW" Yellow Registration Form, Test & the Required Fee to your Local Region
UIC.

While at this time you may feel perfectly capable of being an ASA Umpire it
is important that you try and attend a
ASA Umpire Clinic
